The pattern is fun and keeps your interest, especially at the ends of the shawlette, but is also easy enough to memorize once you get to the main section. I got 3 skeins but may end up needing a 4th. We'll see. It's going pretty quickly.
I have started another project that unfortuantely is not going as quickly. I plan to do a sleeveless version of the Leaf Lace Pullover from Loop-d-Loop. But I'm having trouble modifying the shape of the top to work the way I want. I've had to rip it out several times, so all I have right now is just the collar.
The yarn is some lovely Berocco Touche in a shade somewhere between torquoise and sky blue. I got it from Olgajazzy when she was destashing. One woman's trash is another's treasure!!
I cannot wait to see your sweater from Loop-D-Loop and that shawlette is so pretty, i am such a sucker for silk.. luxury fibers are always to dye for!
