Tuesday Tube: Industrial Strength

I wonder what size needles those are?

Check out Dave Cole's website and Flickr gallery for more examples of his work, including knitting with Kevlar from a used Gulf War bullet-proof vest, extension cords, ceramic textile, lead ribbon, dollar bills, and fiberglass. Oh, and there's an exhibit in which shotguns were used as the "needles."

  1. Oh my goodness. If he can do this, I surely shouldn't complain about the relatively minor challenge of knitting with Cotton Gima.

Can you imagine a dropped stitch?! LOL

  2. very nice blog,Compliments and have a nice day from Tenerife!!!!
