Still Good

I do have a new project to share with you, but I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it yet. So instead, I'm sharing an old FO that I originally made for my older daughter. It's been sitting in the closet waiting for the younger one to grow into it. And now she has!

The pattern is Crumpets. I made this about 6 months after I started knitting, so I didn't add the option for beads because it was too intimidating. This was all before Ravelry, so I hadn't written down any details about it. I didn't even remember the name of the pattern, so I did a keyword search on Ravelry and scrolled through pages and pages of smocked patterns till I found it again. The dress is intended to have a big ribbon sash at the waist, but we haven't had a chance for her to pick one out yet; she wanted to wear it as soon as I brought it out! And of course, wearing it means twirling around in it:

  3. Thank you! It is a very princessy pattern, and it was written well enough for a relative newbie to understand
