The Berroco Souffle is so soft! I bought it on a recent trip to Little Rock, where I visited the Yarn Mart. I saw a model of the cowl and had to have it! They gave out a simple pattern, which I lost, so I don't know what the stitch count was "supposed" to be, but it's so straightforward: cast on enough stitches to make it about 18" across and knit in stockinette till you run out of the yarn on 3 skeins. I slipped the first stitch on each row just to make it a bit more tidy. I also used a provisional cast-on so that I could Kitchener the 2 ends together.
Bring on the cold!
