On the fence: I found a mistake on my February Pullover. Can you see it? I did an extra "rest" row in the lace pattern. I'm trying to decide whether or not to rip back. My husband, who is a visual person, says he can't tell, so I'm leaning towards letting it go.

On the road: me! I had to do a workaround because I couldn't quite get Blogger mobile to work.
I really had to look hard to see it, even after you described what it was. I'd leave it!
ReplyDeleteDespite being my mother's daughter which means that I would typically say "frog back and fix that mistake," in this case, I would say leave it. The mistake is practically invisible and it makes the sweater truly hand-made. My mother would say the same! Love the nails....
ReplyDeleteYou are so knitpicky! I don't even see it!
ReplyDeleteLOL! @Kristen, I definitely did not choose the name at random :-) if I were only an inch or so along, I would have ripped back, but I didn't discover this till much later. After a (long) while, I decided to just let it go. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI was going to say that I think you risk more going back to fix it than you do leaving it as is. I had to study it really hard to see it.
ReplyDeleteI don't see it from that photo and it's so far back in your knitting, I would leave it, but I really hate trying to pick up stitches after frogging or threading in a lifeline after the fact can be tricky with lace.
