Selection Day Contest

If you are a registered voter in the US and have not already done so, GO VOTE! Oh, and bring your knitting, 'cause the line will probably be long! I'll be keeping a close eye on the results. One of the ladies in our weekly knitting group even plans to bring her laptop along tonight so we can see what's happening with the presidential election. If my candidate wins, I'll probably be in a celebratory mood and will pick up a bit of yarn. If my candidate loses, I might need a yarn pick-me-up. Either way, I'll be heading to my LYS and decided I'll take you along with me.

To enter the contest, guess how many electoral college votes each candidate will win. The person who comes closest to the actual number, without going over for the winning candidate's number, will have his or her own "Selection Day." You get your choice of 2 skeins of Mmmmalabrigo--either worsted, silky merino, or lace--in any color that my LYS has. If there is a tie, I'll select randomly. And yes, you can enter if you're not in the US. The contest closes at 7 PM Eastern Time (that's when the first polls close and some results may start being announced). Good luck!
